Governance

There are five Trustees of Susan's Farm CIO and they are responsible for the leadership of Susan's Farm.

Day to Day Management is delegated to the Managing Director, Marilyn Croser.

Our policies are there to guide staff, volunteers and service users about how Susan's Farm manages its activities.

These are approved by the Board of Trustees and are regularly reviewed.

Farms and the countryside, with the proper preparation and safeguards, are a safe and enjoyable place to visit, learn and work.

All our activities are fully risk assessed prior to any visit.

We ask all group leaders to undertake a pre-visit visit to familiarise themselves with the setting.
